Q. How many lessons should I have?
A. If you are taking up golf or a current player looking to improve, you will find it very helpful to have a few lessons within a fairly short period of time. As your competency and confidence improve, you will be capable of practising correctly without supervision so lessons can be spread out over a longer period of time.

A. If you have not played before then all the equipment you will need can be included with your lessons. Once you are underway, I can advise you on the best suited equipment to your personal needs.

Q. Should I warm up prior to a lesson?
A. A common mistake many golfers make is to start a lesson without having warmed up first! Try to arrive at least 10 minutes before to gently warm up muscles and get your swing at the stage it was at when you finished your previous session.

Q. When is the best time to practice?
A. The best time to work on your game is after a lesson when swing exercises and thoughts are still fresh in your mind. View the lesson itself as one part of your entire session. The first part will be your warm up session, the second the lesson itself and the third your post lesson practice session. You will leave your lesson with some swing thoughts and exercises to work on, ensure that you follow these to use your time productively.
